Beim Schwimmwettkampf in Vienenburg hat der MTK sechs Medaillen geholt. Für eine goldene sorgte mit Benno Grünewald der jüngste MTK-Schwimmer. Meral Hamut kam fünf Mal auf das Treppchen, dabei drei Mal mit Silber. Für weitere Top-Sechs-Platzierungen sorgte Anton Flieger.
